| 3 | lb | Ground lamb |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Cumin |
| 2 | ts | Coarsely ground black pepper |
| 4 | ts | Paprika |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Cayenne |
| 1 | ts | Cinnamon |
| 1/2 | c | Pomegranate juice |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Minced garlic |
| 1 | ts | Dry ginger |
| 1 | ts | Thyme leaves |
Mix together all ingredients,stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch lengths.
